Sellers appear to want more $ for the notchbacks. I guess it would be nice to have a trunk to re-locate the battery and mount the nitrous bottle...

it's also nice to have the added chassis rigidity of the rear bulkhead between the wheel wells, and to be constantly mistaken as a 4 cylinder car.

cleanLX, glad you posted your lx weight. i have always wondered how much less the lx wieghed. Makes me feel better about my gt now!

Ok well, I am going to find REAL numbers and not estimates so we can all bury this thread to be searched on later. I'll find either both cars with no options or full options. Of course with the hatch I will find GT and LX. And if I'm ambitious enough I'll even find vert and vert GT. I will only find 87-93. Someone from the 4 eyed crowd will have to do the research on that.

Everything I posted are REAL numbers, as did some of the other people in threads. Any information from those general random car information websites is usually wrong or they dont tell the whole story. They are also usually estimates.
