what 3/8 impact....I bought the black and gray one off the matco truck. It's a little under powered but if I need to brake something loose I got the IR 2135 Ti 1/2....1000 lbs of torque

got louvers from my girlfriend.....however, she got louvers for a notch
its ok, the company seems pretty easy going, and says we have 30 days after x-mas to send them back, to get them exchanged.

also got a dremel 400xpr, 130 piece tool set, metric and standard ratcheting wrenches, screwdrivers, digital camera, new clean jeans, jacket, and shirts, wally world giftcard,a futon bed and matress (been wanting one for a while now) and one of those jumperboxes. definitely a good x-mas....had lots of fun. ohh, i also won $4 from playing scratch tickets with my family lol

Overpriced? Nothing is overpriced when you NEED it, or it makes the job that much easier. And nothing is overpriced when you can get them to come wayyyy down in price when you're buying a couple things

A tech that works for me bought the same gun you have. It seems to be great and has tons of torque. Have you ever oiled it? If so, make the Matco guy give you a new one. They have no problem with it.
