what 75mm t/b should i get. and where to order bfg dr's

i was wondering if anybody had any input on what 75 mm t/b to get and where to get it. also the best place to get bfg dr's. i like the accufab, but i'm not crazy about the polish look because nothing else is polished in my engine compartment. i heard the bbk sticks, and i don't know enough about the eddlebrock.

accubab gets better reviews. I would get a bbk/edelbrock(think bbk makes edelbrock) if you don't like the polished look. there are quite a few poeple that get ones that don't stick. any product is going to get the bad review every now and again.

i just wish accufab made a non polished t/b, or ford racing made a 75mm

i just isntalled my accufab 75mm tb. went easy except for trying to fit the FIPK tube over the TB opening.

I have a BBK 75mm unit, it works, what else is there to say, quality is at best acceptable. The throttle blade itself is a bit jagged around the edge by modern CNC machined standards, it looks as though someone cut it out by hand, but it does seem to do its job, in general it does not have the work of art feel that the Accufab unit seems to present.

I think Edelbrock makes BBK


I have a BBK, and it works perfect, no problems after 30,000 miles

BUT, IMO, here is a good order of TB's for the 2V:

1.) BilletFlow
2.) Accufab
3.) BBK
4.) MAC


May be debatable, but I think that is a pretty good summary.

And you should be able to get your BFG DR's through Tirerack.com anytime you want

I believe he is talking about a bullet mustang intake, which will run you 950-1100 for a complete setup. Get yourself the Accufab 75mm TB and the Accufab 75mm Plenum. Best upper intake combo there is right now. Should be able to find the combo for under 400.00.
