What do you guys think about this deal? I'm just obsessed with buying another one. Seems a bit pricey from what you guys say about prices, but this is actually reasonable around here. I'm sure they'd come down too....seems like the dealers are having a really hard time getting rid of these types of stangs these days.

Would the stripe come off?

Color combo is perfect, 5 spd for us men.

I didn't know Ford offered the Mustang in invisible color combos

:worthlesb

I have my cams sitting in the passenger seat of the car and the parts for the install came in today. After my cam/intake swap I can consider myself atleast somewhat manly hopefully.

As for the price of the car, it needs to come down a bit, but like you said since newer bodystyle models are out, they are probably willing to deal with you on that :nice:

I do like the cloth more than the leathery substance found in most GT's. 15,5 wouldn't be so bad. They probably won't want less than 16. You could scour for a Mach 1, and could probably get one for a good price. I am not sure of the market where you live, but use the winter to your advantage. I told the dealer, "why would I want to drive this in the snow? This car makes no sense in the Northwest. I am going to look at a Subaru." They wouldn't let me leave until I had the Mustang for a low price. I still think I paid too much. It's hard to sell V8 rear wheel drive cars when it is icy outside. Like the guy in Minnesota, here in rural remote Washington (not San FranSeattle) they will bargain agressively in winter.

Oh, I see Cinci, Ohio in your header....they should pay you to take the car. That place sucks in the winter.

 Shoot....maybe I'll just be nice and take this car off their hands. But seriously, GT's still go for a high dollar around here. Heck, that 04 with 20.??? miles on it for 17k.....that's a cheaper one. There are 02's with 50k trying to go for 15k...the cheapest I can find without turning to a total beater is like an 01 with 78k miles for 12-13k. I might as well get an 04 with few miles in almost mint condition and just pay the extra few grand.

Wish I could find deals like you guys find sometimes. I seriously look on the net and papers every week, have been doing so for 6 months now. Mach 1's are very hard to come by, most go for 20k with good mileage. Never seen one cheaper with any higher miles. Once saw an 03 CObra for 25k, thought it was a steal around here, but had 60k miles. You know those were 60k hard miles too.

Anyways....so bad want to go looking at it. But I just bought a new tv, sofa, computer...all on 0% credit. Have plenty of money to pay these things off, just hate to jack on another 100bucks a month car payment while still trying to dump big bucks to get those other things paid off in the next 4-5 months. But then again, I wait a few months, may not get those winter deals on a V8 rwd.

Look outside the box and buy a Subaru STI instead. :nice:
Take a ride to Ross Ohio and check out their showroom.
They have a sweet 04 blue STI right now!

I'd love a STI or something like that. Love an RX8....or 350Z....or BMW.....and while I could afford 25k for a car now....I don't want two car payments that are high. Our payment on our 06 Explorer is nearly 500 bucks amonth.....while my Hyundai is only 235. I'm not wanting to go over another 100 bucks a month on a payment. We want to start saving and planning for other things in life, and hate to commit to such high car payments for another 5 years. So if I can get into a low mileage GT for awhile with a reasonable payment....I'd be happy. Perhaps my next car, once we have kids and things all settle down a little in 5 years or so....and have this Explorer paid off, I'll be looking at a nice Beemer or something like that.
