What Air/Fuel Ratio Should I Be Looking For at the Dyno?

I'm going to take my car to a local shop to get it dynoed. This is the first time I'm going and I'm curious to find out what I'm putting down, but also curious to see if my air/fuel ratio is where it should be after adding things like a bigger tb and maf. Anyone know what air/fuel ratio would be close to optimum? Also any guesses to what I'm going to put down hp and tq wise? I know I don't have any serious work done, just boltons, but I'm guessing around 250-260 rwhp. Any advise on the air/fuel ratio or hp guesses welcome. (Oh yeah it's on a DynoJet).

Thanks, I thought 13.0 was what I have heard before, but wanted to make sure. Any guesses on horsepower and torque #'s I will put down? I know I don't have a whole lot of work done to the car, but this is the first time I'm going and I'm excited to find out.
