i have some horrid noise inside the pumpkin and am thinking of just tearing everything out and replacing it. i know the differential will be replaced with an eaton posi, ring and pinion (3.73), getting the pinion seal, and the connector from the driveshaft to the pinion that ataches to the other side of the U joint, and thinking axles just to be safe. is there anything else i need? oh, also getting the BBK girdle so i can get the drain and fill plugs

is there anything else i need to get to replace everything inside?

I'd get the master install kit for the ring and pinion. That way you dont have to nickel and dime all the pieces like the crush sleeve, etc....

does FRPP sell the blinker fluid?

i'll look into the master kit, i think stangsuspension.com sells that kit. aside from the kit, differential, ring/pinion, and axles is there anything else inside the casing that would need replacing?

Depending on your mileage you might want to replace axle bearings and seals while your in there.

I don't believe so, I think only the spline area of the axle is thicker, and not stepped as much as 28's. It's good to change the anyway.

You may want to change the pneumatic fluid, though

The axle bearings don't HAVE to be changed, but I just changed mine while I was in there for peace of mind.
