What are some good factory heads?

I have been searching for a set of good factory Ford head. What are some good casting #'s to look for?

My car is carbureted so emission is not an issue. Looking for heads through all years. i have heard head from 69 and down are good.

yes, I'm putting some '69 C90E casting 351w heads on my motor...hopeflly we'll be done next week. I had them ported out, milled .040, and 5 angle valve job to get more power out of them. The reason I chose these heads is a friend sold them to me with all the work done for, and a B303 cam for $650. Plus he's helping me install it all.
