I have no dash lights and have checked the bulbs and fuses...I ripped the dash apart to fix the heater core and decided to find out why I have no dash lights. I found these two harnesses next to the steering column that aren't hooked up and one looks like its got a jumper in it. Please help.

Thanks.

That by passes your neutral safty switch if you had a 5 speed it would be hooked to the clutch pedal.

that loop would be your clutch safety bypass then. if you ever wanted to swap to a t5 all you would have to do is get the clutch assembly and disconnect that loop, just unplug that female end. then plug the male end connector into the clutch safety. its that easy
