What bolts, gaskets, lubes?

I'm gathering up the last few parts for my H/C/I swap and need to know what bolts and gaskets i need to buy. Are there any i can reuse or should I just go all new? I was planning on buying ARP hardware but what exactly do I need to complete the project?

Also, this will be my first time tearing an engine apart and am not sure what kind of lubes and stuff I'll have to get.

You will need a new set of head bolts (I'd go with ARP), I'd also pick up a set of ARP intake bolts. As far as lubes I would get a couple things: Camshaft prelube, assembly lubricant, thread sealant, anti-seize compund, and RTV black. I think that should be about it.

If you bought your TW heads new there is a sheet that comes with them that lists all the parts Trick Flow recomends, bolts, gaskets, plugs, etc. If you don't have that sheet I can fax it too you.

I bought them from a friend so I don't have the sheet. Is it possible to e-mail it or somthing? I dont have a fax machine.
