What cam and springs?

What cam and springs should I do on GT-40 heads with a 302? SHould I refresh the heads while there of? Iwanna rev to 6k cuz I push 10lbs at that rpm that way I dont have to change pulleys....No porting or nothing though. Need this to be on the road asap. Gonna start buying everything incase insurance doesnt pay for it since I highly doubt it...

Get the springs from anderson. If they need to be freshened, do it. Clean up mill, valve job, springs, seals, guides. This won't be cheap.

I had it on my 95 and it worked great!!!

for springs, you should ask AFM ... after all, it is their cam ... who could better answer the question?

is insurance paying for the motor fixup?
