What cam for this setup? (tried contacting buddy)

Not to take away from buddy at all b/c he knows what he's doing hands down... but motor machine & supply does this service for I think around $40.00 they tell you the specs & who's cam lobes to use & how much advance or retard must be used. MM&FF used them for 2 of thier builds I think & made great power....how you been man?
