F cam is ok, but there are way better out there. I have a voodoo cam and love it. Although its for a SD car so its not to aggressive

I went through this same question when I did mine. I ended up with the Comp Cams xtreme energy 270. From what I was able to find from all the import is that the cam would give me nice balance of go with driveability. Unfortunately I have not started the car up, but I am looking at 2 wks until startup.

Not sure when you are looking to purchase but I can IM you when it is running.

Oh sorry, I have the AFR 165's, 70 mm TB, 73 mm Mass Air, Edlebrock RPM 2, 270 XE cam, 1.6 RR's, stock bottom end. The intake is most likely going to be too much, but I will figure that out once it is running.

I agree with 68converted. I have the XE270HR14 and really like the full range of power. I am impressed with Comp and their line of cams. I have AFR165s as well. See my sig for my combo.

Go with Ed Curtis @ www.flowtechinduction.com.

He sells AFR heads and the Holley intake that you have. He can set you up with a CUSTOM camshaft and the springs to match

Shoot him an email He will get back with you...

Make sure he knows that you are wanting to purchase from him, and not just trying to get information.
