The cops didnt see it but they have a witness so I don't know. Worst thing that can happen is that you get ticketed for careless driving.

If you get ticketed just go to your scheduled court date (hell you still have to pay if you don't go so you might as well go). Once there just tell them that you want some type of justifiable proof that you were driving reckless. They have better things to argue about than to try and prove you were spinning a little rubber off the tires so they will most likely throw it out. But if they don't then just tell the judge all you have is like a $20 on you and you can't afford to pay anymore. Trust me they'll probably take that and be done with you.

dont worry about it! they cant prove ****! if i got ticketed everytime someone called the cops about my driving i would be locked up. i have road rage really bad! i'm not joking, i got mad at this guy about 2 months ago when he wouldnt move over to let me on the interstate, when i finally got in front of him i flipped him off. he got mad at me and passed me and then slowed down to like 50 mph beside another really slow car, so i passed him in the emergancy lane and when i got in front of him i threw a 44 oz fountain drink out my window and hit his car with it. his wife got my plate and i saw her calling someone.......................but nothing ever happened from it!

You should have backed over her feet and taught her a lesson.

I had some lady start yelling at me one day because I came through an unlocked gate at the back of a neighborhood with no "no trespassing" signs posted anywhere around. She said she was going to call the cops and have me arrested and all that BS. She was staring at my plate the whole time, I dont know if she actually took it or not though. Anyway, I felt like running over her freshly pruned bushes. But I left instead. People like that piss me off. Funny thing was, her husband was just standing there with this totally "yeah, my wife has more balls than I" look on his face while she chewed me and 4 other guys out.

But even if you got ticketed, yeah, goto court and fight it. Your word against hers. And she'd have to show up in court or its automatically thrown out. And I'm sure a knife in a couple of tires could slow down her trip to court.

Back in the day when I was a bit younger and more apt to do something crazy, I had a guy say he was calling the cops on me for tearing up his grass on my dirtbike. *I did not tear his grass up* ... So, he comes out while I was riding by and starts yelling nonsense "the cops are on their way" .. blah blah. I turned around, got in some gravel, put my feet down, did a burnout/rock chunking at the man. He got tattered up by some rocks ... never messed with me again. lol

Anyways, the cops might come. If they do they will tell you not to do it again and then probably ask to see your engine.

These days the ricers are the cop's enemy and old school guys like Mustang drivers are getting away with a lot more.

So next time you see a ricer thank him for keeping the cops busy for you and then be sure to disrespect his car and offer his girlfriend a ride in the Mustang...
