Go to a place you feel comfortable with after talking to them. If you can have it dyno tuned, then do it. If you cant, then do a mail order tune with someone who has tuned 05's before.
Your's must be the redfire GT then? I saw it in the shop when I took my car on Tuesday to get tuned.
