What can I do to prep for a track day?

This Saturday night I'm taking my 88 5.oh to the track to see if i can beat my best time. last time i ran a best time of 15.003. (the track is at 5,500 ft and it is hot most of the time)
i added a vortech V3sci putting out 6psi since then.

i want to do some things like remove the ft sway bar, and add psi to the ft tires and the like.

what other free things can i do to help my e.t's

How do i remove the ft sway bar?

i tried the search bu came up with nothing

always check tire pressures between runs, run skinnys if ya got em, run 40+ psi

run slicks or D/R's that are in good condition (make sure you have a driveshaft loop)

check all fluids, blower belt and all bolts (ie. blower bolts etc)

ditch the passenger seat

sway bar just unbolts from mounts

if you can ice intake with leak proof bag to help deal with heat and blower (water dripping on track is bad)

back into water box don't drive through it

run with less than half a tank of fuel (make sure your running premium with that blower)

check your timing and fuel pressure (how is it tuned?)

I used to do the removing of the seats, sway bar, etc... In the end the little bit you might get, might not be worth the effort.

Air up the front tires when you get to the track. Make sure you have no loose stuff in the trunk or back seat area, and maybe ice the intake between passes. Taking out the spare and stuff at the track is an option, but at the same time, removing weight from the trunk isn't the best bet, and I doubt you would gain much from it. Not to mention, you just never know if someone will walk off with your spare.
