GreekStang85 how high are you wanting to go? 302ci 5.0L should be plenty if you are planning to boost JHMO.

Well i guess if you cant go that high stroking the engine, then i guess i should just go with forged internals and a KB.

Why not go with the stroke and bore to start with, then power add later? I am kind of doing it the other way around but if "forging" is higher on your list then I dont' see why not...

I can't wait to start beefing up my drive train and suspension so that I can actually go for forging, heads, cams, etc...

Bro, didn't you get banned on a similar screen name? Get a life and go to some ricer site that cares about the stuff you write. We don't. Beleive it or not there are actually some true mustang enthusiasts in here that are trying to learn and compare different mods. Oh yeah, i heard daddy calling, he wants the keys to his bullit back!!

Sorry to everyone else for the :OT: flame. I am soooo sick of seeing this kid cut everyone down in all the threads of the 4.6 forum. its getting OLD!!!!!!

ya the BOSS 290's are 5.4litre, but before those came along they used a 5.6 that was based on the 302 block. they had a video of them building the motors and it looked really impressive, billet rods and pistons, and they were each dynod at the factory. i was wondering if it was a 347, cause thats around 5.6, considering the chevy 350/346 motors are called 5.7litres. ugh it would make life so much easier if we would just either pick metric or pick standard.
