I've got the MM 4-bolt plates in black and have had them for over a year now. They are great and still look brand new.

I've seen some posts in the past about C/C plates making noise, but my MM plates make no noise at all. No issues with getting alignments either. Bought mine directly from MM.

woa, nice find, michael. i gotta get some and the MM's seem to be the most popular/talked about. has anyone one else jumped on those for sale off corral? 160 is pretty sweet, i'd say, especially for MM's. is there a catch or something i'm missing?

nope no catches.....its so funny, everytime i visit corral when im in the mood to price out parts, i see that thread and PM them so see how much they would be shipped to me, but forgetting that i had already done this....i have done this 3 times and the guy finally realized and asked me in the PM back why i keep asking the same thing

Are there any more "tricks of the trade" i need to look out for? What exactly does max caster do?

you get the max caster to reduce front end dive during braking as well as max camber gains when cornering and better high speed stability.

the reason i say max within .25 is that anymore than that and you will run into a pulling issue. caster does not promote irregular tire wear.

when you get it aligned make sure you post up align specs as i am curious if there is a plate that can get over 6deg.

the only trick i can say is after you do your sensor compensation make sure and bounce the daylights out of the car, get on top of the strut tower and just slam on it. stand on the trunk opening and jump up and down. i also like to keep the pins in the pads when i jack it up, then take the pins out before you lower it.

For those of you saying MM does not have problems take a look at this thread.

I would suggest the Pro3i plates. They come with a lifetime warranty on the bearings and plates and use a very high strength heat treated alloy steel bearing 78,000 psi load rating.

alright, you post a thread of an obviously incompetent installer and make the assumption that mm cc plates are no good. i garauntee that i could go over to that guys house and install all his parts and it would make no noise.

we all rave over mm stuff cuz it is the BEST mustang suspension stuff you can buy. the quality and fit is second to none, cust service is great, and they have a considerable amount of experience and know what works and what doesn't.

i don't know pro3i and i am certainly not bashing them, but i highly doubt that they have any features that would seperate them from Maximum Motorsports.
