what CD stays in your cd player the most...

I like alot of music and who cares if I like to throw in a little Eminem time to time......or some Onyx or spice girls....maby even a little gospel or whatever....your not in my car when I'm listening to it so who cares.

BTW I was kidding about the last 2

I dont mind some Eminem once n awhile either, I like basically anything besides country....some are Disturbed, Shadows Fall, Blood for Blood, Papa Roach, Seether, 3 Days Grace, Mudvayne, Boy Sets Fire, Killswitch Engage, Nickelback....

I'm all in favor of the pre-mid-90's rap; everything afterwards is utterly talentless and annoying. Jeez, even the cover art to 90% of the rap/hip-hop albums out there nowadays looks like someone made it in 5 minutes on MS Paint with free clip art...

Zakk's always been my favorite but different bests for different tests. He can't melody like Alexi Laiho can, he can't 'blues it' like Vai can, and so on. Soon enough now people will follow praising Hendrix, Rhoades (woo!), EVH, Satriani, and Petrucci...and Cobain :rlaugh:

Any metal fans, check out Into Eternity. Amazing blend of melodic/thrash/death/prog!

well usually these threads turn into 3-4 pages of crazed metal fans blabbing bout who has th best drum solo.:p
Nope, there's no contest of the best drum solo. Morbid Angel-Drum Check is the nastiest thing I've ever heard. There's no singing or guitar or anything in the vid, so watch it whether you're into metal or not, anyone can appreciate it. Oh, and the video is dumb, but listen to the sound obviously.

That drum solo is pretty damn solid. Double bass FTW.

On a slightly fairier note, The Angels and Airwaves CD is pretty sweet for just mellowing out. I listen to that if I'm driving at night. But when I'm plowin snow, I gotta go with the country!!!

Slayer Reign in Blood has spent the longest time in my CD player. 3 months. It also went directly from my 5.0 into my '04 and stayed there for...well, I bout the car in April and it's still in there. I guess I'm not much on variety? Damn..

Hmmmm, apparently I am the only one on here that listens to Avenged Sevenfold, and a long time before they got on MTV, I might add.
They were Ok until they said in an interview they were better than GNR and metallica. So i say eff them his voice is annoying anyway they need to go back to underground hardcore.

I like disturbed, SOME slipknot, 3 days grace, breaking benjamin, shinedown, a big sublime fan, and a few other songs/ rock artists depending on the mood I am in.

ya tahts my taste too. never really like the heavier rock. for some reason this past month i have been rotating between breaking benjamins (last cd) and the new 3 days grace cd. also with a local band called jet set sattelite thrown in, they're along the lines of breaking benjamins. i'll even admit to playing nickelback, mainly their older stuff casue its alittle harder (curb, the state, silver side up)
