I just bought this yesterday. It's a 1993 - but it has been repainted . There are 2 spots ( door dings ) that I want to touch up. Can some one help ? I think its light crystal blue? You all have much more experience- can you help ?

Good looking notch, is the sticker still on the door jam? That will show a color code, I think a competent paint shop can match it.

door shows YN - which is silver. P.O. said door was changed because it had rust on lower edge.

Reef blue or bright blue
my vote is reef blue, like I said a shop can match it. Color matching is a lot better than 'the old days'.

It's not reef blue. I'm not sure off the top of my head.

Where are you btw? Maybe I can get you some help.

Ah, ft bragg. To far for me to know painters.

I'll see what I can find locally to help you out. 1993 was 25 years ago, I've slept since then.

Is it original color? Do the jambs and underhood match?

Light crystal blue is not a 1993 color. While it does look like the shade, it was 90-91 only.

THis is light crystal blue. A 1990 4cyl I briefly owned many years ago

Here's the 1993 color palette.

Assuming it's not teal, doesn't look like reef blue

89 was the last year of the black body moldings. 90-up were body color.

1991 was the first year for body colored moldings. 1990 was still black. See above pic of my 1990
