Hey everyone. I am up in there on what color scheme I want on my 91 Mustang GT. See pic below of the car. I am up in the air between Red with White stripes and Red with Black stripes. Or another scheme?

I want to stay red and I hate flames. Please vote in the poll above. Thanks.

A picture of my car for reference.

If you want to stay red then maybe look into a ghost graphic of some sort to break it up. I'm not a huge fan of stripes although I've seen some folks pull it off nicely.

Red with white is a killer combo in my opinion. When I was young I saw a 69 camaro that was red with white stripes, that started my interest in cars.

Thanks guys. It will be painted regardless and I wanted to spice it up. It is a long story but a local car wash wrecked it so it is all stripped down and ready for paint soon.

I remember your other thread about how they wrecked it, but I really think you should keep the exact same, just new, and lots of clear.

By the way, are your rims the chrome or satin?

Keep it all red. IMO there is nothing worse than a "busy" or "cluttered" looking car. Mine is all red. People are always wanting me to spice it up but I just can't. I love the plain and simple look.

Satin, I hate chrome.

Here is a pic of a car similar to mine with white stripes. Below it is one the same car, I photoshopped the stripes to black, ignore the small outline of white I am a photoshop Noob.

My vote goes for the Factory red. Period. But a ghost flame job would look pretty sweet on the front also. I think your car is just to clean looking to add too much extra. The stripes absolutley suck IMO. Their cool on classic iron, but not on newer stuff.

BTW, I love your car the way it is.

Wellllll.......

Ya got me. Your car is just sweet with the body mods/rims & tires you have. I think it would look really good solid red with some barely noticable ghost flames on the front.

Just noy a big fan of the stripes. Your car though.
