what company to buy a performance 98 gt motor

I have recently bought my dream car(98 yellow convertible gt) I put pipes and lowering springs on it, and with the cervinis stalker full kit on the way, I want a new motor to upgrade. I don't want to upgrade the motor in it, I want a new motor(preferably performance) then upgrade from there. Any ideas on a decent company from? help would be much appreciated. Also I don't know if ebay is the way to go. thanks

go to a junkyard and get a pi motor or if you are baller get a 4 valve as for fully built performance mmr

I'd also recommend a 1999 & up 4.6L engine, with low miles if you plan on keepng the car for a while.
