What did i do to my motor? Smokes!!!

I had my car out today showing it to a friend... Needless to say i got on it a few times to show him what it could do...

Well Right after the last time i noticed it was smoking a little... It's smoking mainly at lower rpms and when a load is put on (guess i can't really tell if its smoking when im driving.)

The smoke isn't bad like i have seen from a blown head gasket. Its not really blue like its burning oil and its not black.. It looks more like smoke from a heavy mosture. My car seems to run ok for the most part, everyonce in a while it will hickup on me.

I checked to make sure that the vaccume line on the rear of the intake was on and it was...

Any ideas... Im thinking like a ring or a headgasket problem...

alright i think i have figured it out... I just started it up and let it run and took it around the block... Now the exhaust deffenetly smells like antifreeze and radiator was shooting out antifreeze.. (crank case preasure build up)

So I will be ordering some better and thicker headgastets... I had used the felpro ones that came in the complete gasket kit..
