Mustang A/C Delete Kit (85-93) 5.0 - LMR.com

Eliminate the air conditioning on your 1985-1993 Mustang 5.0 with this 5.0 Resto A/C Delete Kit!
lmr.com

here is the kit you need to move the power steering pump. There is a Ford Performance kit and a cheaper LMR kit. I went with the LMR and had no issues.

Here are some pics of mine. No smog pump, no ac. Not the best pics, but you should get the idea.

And here is the belt routing (top right in the diagram)

What he said.

You will need the 70.5" serpentine belt. The kit shown will move the PS pump to where it would be in a non-A/C car.

If I recall correctly, the Ford Performance kit is simply what would have been installed on a factory A/C delete car. It's without doubt the best means of belt routing for a car without A/C.

A cleaner looking engine bay is all you really get. Power gains due to decreased parasitic drag are negligible.

The A/C delete kit mentioned above will get your serpentine belt routed better and assure alignment, which will give a piece of mind that you are not going to break or throw it.
