What do i need to install 86 GT front bumper on 83

First of all I'm from Bosnia / Europe ,now live in USA ,my English is sux ,so please don't critize me

Well its not for me , its for my buddy, he have 83 Mustang and he just bought front bumper from 86 GT,but looks like fenders (bottom area where bumper meets fender) is different because looks like fenders are sits little bit inside than 86 bumper

Does my friend missing something ???

He will need the lower fender extentions from and 85-86 mustang. Also will need the moulding that goes between the bumper cover and front wheel on the fender.
