I am ordering a kickdown cable from NPD but just now realized that I need more than just the cable to hook it up. What are these parts called in the following pictures and are those the only other parts i need to install the cable?

Also, on the first picture there is the bolt with the two sides that are flat and with two sides with threads on them. Does a nut go on this bolt to hold on that bracket or what goes there?

Edit: I dont have the neutral saftey switch on my car. Do I need to install that for the linkage to work?

I tried putting a nut on that bolt one time and it wouldnt thread on. Is there a special nut I need? Also, is the adjustable part of the cable (left side in the bottom pic) just held to the kickdown lever by a cotter pin?

Hey those photos look real familiar. :D I am pretty sure the nut on that holds the lever on the trans is fine threaded. The adjustment side of the cable is held to the bell crank arm by the the clip in the photo, the arm of the bellcrank goes in between the two sides (the top area in the lower photo), the pin goes thru that clip and the arm and the other side of the clip, then the other end of that clip snaps around the threaded adjustment portion of the cable. When assembled correctly the cable will be loose and should form an arc that goes up. I hope that was clear enough to understand.
