Assume you bought a stroker kit on-line. How much would a machine shop near you charge for pulling the engine, the boring, the hot tanking, rebuild, etc?
what do shops in your area charge to install a stroker?

Most places around here charge right at $1000 to disassemble and re-assemble a motor. That doesnt include pulling the motor. If the block is in bad shape, expect more for bore and hone.
