When I was installing my new tires I had to remove the quad-shocks to get them to fit(315/35/17). So far the car is doing ok. It seems to lean a little more the turns, but maybe thats just me
. Anyway, I was just wondering what the quad-shock was for and if it would hurt to run without it?

. Now that I think about it, the exhaust is pretty close to the crossmember. Maybe all that torque is moving the exhaust pipe up into the crossmember?
I think that may have been my problem before because I noticed the mufflers were hitting the driveshaft when I went to change the clutch, so I moved them out of the way.
