I'd be willing to try out a set. BFG has a very good reputation.

My personal favortie brands are Michelin and Bridgestone. I have never ridden in a car with the BFG g-force tire series, however, I have heard from people who use them that they are noisy, and that they didn't like them.

My buddy has them on his STi. He likes them.

I didn't go with them because they didn't have the sizes in that pattern that I wanted.

I ended up going with some Goodyear GS-D3s and really like them

Not bad. I've heard good things about the Yokohama AVS Sport, they should be in the same price range. These decisions can be hard so have fun shopping around

i like them and i used to wish they had 245/45/17...
i saw that the srt-4 come stock with them, so i asked a friend of mine how he liked them and he told me that he could never get traction with them and didnt last very long(racing never helps of course)...so i figure if you dont race much, want a nice styled tire that also helps in the rain, go for them

Just an FYI BFGoodrich is owned by Michelin. I think the noise issue is associated with the traditional KDW rather than the KDW2 as I don't believe many people have those yet. I do believe there was a thread here recently though where a guy mentioned that he had and liked them.

I am currently on my 3rd set of KDW and the noise issue is highly overstated. I commute an hour each way to work and I generally ride with the windows open if the weather is nice and I don't hear a peep from the tires.

Not sure I really like the tread pattern though on the KDW2. I also can't speak to the traction issues with the KDW2 but, I can say the KDW is a very sticky tire and I have not had a single traction complaint with them. I average about 25-28K per set.

My friend has those on his Jaguar X Type. They don't look too good in person. He hates them. But couldn't complain since they came as a package with his 20's.

I just put those on my car, 265 35 18 up front and 295 35 18 in the back. There is some sound but IMHO the stock tires are noisier, the BFGs have a deeper road noise then the stock tires. But its not unbearable.

I'm on my second set of BFG KDs ( not KDWs ) and I love them. I will never buy another brand for my cobra as long as I own it. Get the KDs if your hard core, it's what the Cobra R had stock.

imo, money cannot buy a better tire than a bfg - I have had them on at least 5 cars without trouble, have had great reliability, and excellent performance

IMO, they look like A$$ - look like truck tires or snow tires.
Bridgestone RE-750 or Goodyear F-1, IMO, the best looking, best performing tires available for street driving in mixed weather.
