What do you guys think about CHIPS??

great show......hahahah

but ive never heard of them messing up cars, but not worth it on a stock motor..heard of SD ppl doing it for better performance tho.

LOL yeah it is, to bad it's only on at 5am. Im just wondering about it.... If its one of those things that wont hurt my car, Id like to get it....but only if it dosnt make my car run to rich or whatever.

its not a real chip that one on ebay.....its a resistor you wire in your TPS to give you WOT faster.......Its not an actual performance chip like Hypertech or Superchips or Diablosport.... DONT WASTE YOUR $$$$$$

I didn't click on the link, but the right chip can be good. I wouldn't waste your time until you're deep into h/c/i, or a supercharged setup. My buddy has a chip with a flip switch for strip/street

My belief is that if your going to get a chip, you might as well go get it custom made for your car. Ya know, like a dino tune.

Back in the day, Erik Estrada was the cool, calm, and collected chick magnet. His partner was a nice offset and contrast for him. Now he's washed up though. Seems like he'd take any acting job he can get his hands on. Back in the day though... CHIPS was kewl!

That's not one of those. This is a plug in between the ACT sensor. It fools the computer into thinking the air coming into the motor is like 30 degrees, causing the motor to add more timing and fuel. Basically.. Make it detonate and run rich as hell. So, no... It's not worth it.
