I would think that the 2.02's would be too big for a stock bottom end, but they say it works with stock pistons up to .550" of lift. Even though, your low end may be a little lazy with the 2.02's on a stock bottom end 302. No provisions for the EGR or smog also.

prolly not worth it IMO....you coulkd score a set of Edelbrock heads for less.....and id trust the Eddy name....
