I have a friend that has a 99 Cobra and he has had it for about for four years now. He found out that his car never had the recall done to his car about a year ago. He has tried to get the car fix but they tell him that the car has to be under warranty. So he is adamant that his car is effected by the intake manifold. Right now he has X-pipes, a flash tune, and 3.73 gears. We have raced a few time now (my car is stock) and a year ago he would pull me every time we raced (by a car or two). He has not really raced for a year now and i have been win in all of our races and he has been crying that his car has never got fix (he feels like he has been giving it his all in these last few races). I think that he is just not use to his car after so long.
My question is that do any of you think that his car was effected by the recall? And about how much hp should he be running to pull me and for his mods?
