Edelbrock SB-Ford Heads

Performer & Performer RPM Heads for Street Legal and Street High-Performance
These street high-performance heads provide out of the box, bolt-on performance with no additional porting required. They offer improved power throughout the rpm range for great throttle response and top-end horsepower. The intake and exhaust runners are CNC-profiled for superior flow and performance. Standard port location allows the use of Edelbrock Performer, Performer RPM, Torker II and Victor Jr. intakes as well as others of a similar design. Stock location of the exhaust flange allows the use of stock exhaust or headers. Other features include hand blended intake and exhaust bowls and hardened interlocking valve seats for use with leaded or unleaded fuel. All Performer and Performer RPM heads are assembled with these high-quality components: stainless steel, 1-piece swirl-polished intake and exhaust valves with under-cut stems; 2-ring positive oil control seals; rocker studs; hardened steel guideplates; valve springs, retainers and keepers. In most cases, these heads are directly interchangeable with the factory heads.
Performer heads have provisions for all exhaust emissions related components and are street legal, while the Performer RPM heads are for non-emission vehicles.

Victor Jr. and Victor Series Heads
Victor Jr. and Victor Series heads are designed for maximum horsepower. Victor Jr. heads are ideal for many types of competition and ultra-high performance street machines. Victor Series heads are one step above for even greater gains in horsepower. All these heads feature reinforced rocker stud bosses, high-flow intake/exhaust ports and specially contoured combustion chambers. Extra thick deck surfaces provide maximum head gasket retention with high-compression ratios. Use head bolt kit #350-8552 or 350-8553.

The Performer's are more of an idle to max rpm power band head, where as the Victor Jr's are more of a upper rpm power making head. I do believe that either head will accept all/most stock hardware, and go on just like stock stuff. The quality I hear is awesome and they are just about the best you can get, short of some AFR's.

I know John (White Devil) ran Edel heads

You might use him in a search to get a better idea about them

Engine Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......
