Holy Cow! You're fast! Between running to get the gaskets and doing misscellaneous stuff and taking a break to eat, it ended up taking me probably 12-14 hours. I did have to retap my head and do some other little stuff but still, i've done this before. I wasn't in a hurry for the most part. 1.5-2 hours to remove all accesories/intake/old heads
1.5-2 hours to reinstall all parts (sometimes this takes longer since you're installing new parts)
.5-1 hour to set up RR
Apply that to normal shop rates of $50-80/hr and you have a decent guess at labor. Don't forget all new gaskets for the intake and heads...another $60
All told, maybe $400
