what does oil with fuel mixed in look like?

that looks liek oil and water, or coolant. It does turn milky i know this for a fact. Ive never seen oil and fuel, since there both oil i dont think they mix, i think they just separate.

Does it mix like oil and coolant? I'm wondering if the oil mix in the attached pic is oil and fuel, rather than my first thought of oil and coolant.

I know you mix oil and fuel for a 2 stroke motorcylce engine and it doesnt look like that.....probably is water or coolant like you thought.
