What does this do?

In the pics below to the left of the wiper motor is a vac. block/T? And the line off it runs over to the passenger side and into the firewall is labeled A/C? Since i dont have A/C can i delete this T/block altogether? Or do i need it for the controls inside such as to make it go from vents to floor to def? I noticed when you turn the selector knob you can kinda hear a hisssssss.

So i'm not using cruise control (because of 4.10's) and i dont have A/C so will i still beable to select from vents/def/floor if i delete it? I'm following you but are you saying i wont be able to use the A/C? Also if i do delete it cant i just run from the intake to the brake booster then? peace

no you need to keep it, the heater controls run off of a constant vaccume from the cannister in the fenderwell.
there is a check valve that is blue/black that keeps the vac constant. it would make the engine bay cleaner but noe worth the hassel.

Just hide the vac-T in the drivers fender and extend the hoses. Thats what I did.
