What does this door tag mean on a 69?

I am interested in low production mustangs and this one has my interest. It is a 69. thanks for your help.

That's the BOSS 429, they meant to build 500 production vehicles with the 429 motor in it so they could use it in Nascar. I hear they only ended up making 450 or 470 or so. Or so my memory tells me.

Now now, we all have to start somewhere, when I first got into mustangs I couldn't tell a 69 from a 67. Glad I'm more knowledgeable now, 69s are way sexier!

Yep, that would qualify as a limited production Mustang allright. Good resale value too.

LOL yea I know but the darn thing is rare .Most of us have to start with a Coup 6 banger . Just the green eyed monster in me . But WOW
what are they going for now 100 K .

FYI they made 857 69 models and 499 70 models.

Those ID tags and rivets look pretty crappy for a mega-bucks collector car. When my buddy repainted his 1987 GT, we did it right unlike on this Boss-Nine.

KK429... nothing special. Hold out for one of the original Bullitt movie stunt cars instead.
