what does this mean?

Im trying to sell my heads
GT-40X XTRA PERFORMANCE “TURBO-SWIRL” ALUMINUM CYLINDER HEADS
M-6049-X305*
and it says not for sale on pollution controlled vehicles. This guy was going to buy them but he wants to be able to run all of his emission devices. What makes these heads not legal for pollution controlled vehichles?

I think they have EGR provisions, not sure. Maybe they're not 50 state legal?

yea, now he says he doesnt want to buy them unless they can work with this emission devices. eh, help.

Look at them and see if there is a hole in between the two middle intake ports. Also see if there are holes in the roofs of the exhaust ports. I'm pretty sure the X heads have EGR provisions, not sure though.

i think its because there is no hole for the exhaust port in the back of the heads for the stock air pump to hook up to.
