What else can I do???

I already cleaned the MAF, TB, IAC, and ACT. My car still has this little hesitation and sometimes shuts off on me. It's an auto so when i put it into gear R or D, it dies. Also, when it's at idle, the rpm doesn't fluctuate too much but the car seems to hesitate a little. It kindda bogs then fixes itself and it does it very often. I wouldn't say that the rpm drop but since it hesitates, I'd say they drop at the very most by 1000. I have no idea what could be causing this problem could you help me out??? :flag:

the timing is set at 10degrees.

Have you tried some fuel injector cleaner a buddy of mine just ran lucas brand injector cleaner strongly mixed compared to what they say and noticed good results. Also have you replaced the fuel filter, maybe your pump is glitching. quite a few possibilities my reply is not the greatest just trying to help.

i just gave it a tune-up about a month ago, new everything including fuel filter and even a 190 lph fuel pump. i'm runnin my fp at 39. the iat looks fine to me as well, the wires had been cut so i used a butt splice to connect them back but i'm not sure if that would completely solve the problem

I'd suggest replacing the IAC valve, even though you just cleaned it. IMO, that sensor is the #1 cause of idling problems on our 'Stangs. I had a similar problem at idle, and replacing the sensor fixed it. I don't know about the hesitation and shutting down, but if they happen at low RPM's they could be related.

Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
