I was in my bedroom fiddling with my Steeda cable kit and couldn't figure out what does the firewall adjuster do? I have the quadrant and adjustable cable with it as well. All it does is move the outer cover back or forth, which would have nothing to do with clutch engagement or peddle height or anything except the routing of the upper half of the cable. Right? Am I missing something here? Maybe someone needs to explain to me how it works. Maybe I'm setting it up wrong?
