I just got my hands dirty for you! On my car, both of the PV fittings fit a 11mm or a 7/16" flare wrench. For the rear MC it took a 12mm, while the front it took a 14mm. I didn't have any other SAE flare wrenches in my tool box to try. They were all a bit loose fitting, with the 11mm fitting the best.
