What Fuel Componets Do I Need To Support These Mods?

Hey guys. Looking to do a BBK 70MM TB And Egr, an Edelbrock Performer Intake, BBK Shorty headers, And a bbk off raod H pipe. Was wondering if i would need to get 24Lb injectors, and what size fuel pump to get?

Looking to break into the 13's with this combo and DR's.

Stock pump will suffice for right now but you should look into upgrading in the near future.

I had every thing in my sig except for the nitrous kit on the stock fuel pump and had no issues with it.

When you do swap it out might as well go with the 255 lph pump.

with all the mods that you currently have on their you are only going 14.614? Stock pump should handle it, but its not that hard to change a pump out, and its not that expensive. You might as well go with a 255 to support what may be coming in the future. 19's should be fine, but 24's will work too

The car only has BBK CAI, Pulleys, And a catback, and some weight taken out. I cant cut anything faster that a 2.3 60FT' due to traction issues which is killing me. So i can get away with the stock pump and injectors with those mods i want? What about fuel pressure and A/F?

A/F should be more than fine if you stick with the stock fuel pressure setting. I would not change a thing except maybe a pump change if the stock unit has significant miles on it. As far as pressure goes your wanting 39-40 with the vac line disconnected and your A/f will maintain nicely. Once you add a set of aftermarket heads and aftermarket cam you can look at some dyno time inorder to check A/F and see if further upgrades are necessary.

Sounds good! My motor has 118K miles on it, and i want to do a Heads/Cam/Intake/Exhaust upgrade for Mid to high 350+hp Range but am afraid of breaking the motor....But i have been thinking about it and if the motor goes, i could just buy a 331 D.s.s or chp short block, and out the heads cam and intake in the new motor. Im looking for 12's na. But along with the motor its gonna want a tko.

What injectors and pump would i need for a head cam intake producing 350 Plus? And what combo should i go with?

The motor should be fine.

I would do a compression check and a leak down test and see what your results are.

I am pushing a little more than a 160k on my 93 and it has great compression, no oil consumption issues ( it does have a little leak on the timing cover gasket) and runs great.

I just put a 100 shot of N2O on it and no probs. So if you want to do an H/C/I I would think twice about it if I were you.

Its just really hard figuring out what you want. Na, turbo, Sc, Nitrous. I was thinking about just leaving the motor and adding a Hellion 62MM Turbo kit. Also thought about a Gt-40 Crate but heard bad things, thought about just adding a 100 shot as is, or getting a 331 Stroker with TFS head cam intake package. Just dont know what to do.

If you look at his "mods"...there is very little that effect straight line performance. Also e.t. means little, look at mph for potential. I think his times are right on...and he has a good looking car!

Oh, and keep the 19's with "all the bolt-ons", and any further (h/c/i) get bigger injectors to match the power output...:nice:
