i disassembled 1 aftermarket headlight i have because the bulb reflector fell off,i repaired it,but was wondering do i glue the lense back on with epoxy?or just use clear silicone?or both?i dont want the lense to pop off while im driving.
Usually heating up the headlight in the oven for a few minutes will melt the existing glue enough for you to reassemble everything. Be carfeul though that you dont heat it up too much and using clear silicone to seal the lens will also help.
