what happened

looks like it got fubar'ed on the install and got tightened down too much

Looks like the little cork/ rubber gasket that goes up front got smushed up into the gasket and when torqued down did that... maby?

the funny thing is it happened in all 4 corners,all the same looking.
only trqd to like 20 lb,it does look like it was smashed.
i use permatex in the center
im wondering if it was a cause for my blowby on a fresh motor

So it did that same thing in all 4 coolant passages on both heads??? Maby the intake shifted when you started torquing it down. Weird!
