What HP for '99 Roush?

For the Stage II ?

Looks pretty stock except for the cold air intake. Just wondering, because it *felt* a lot slower than my car.

They should be generally rated about 5-10hp over a stock GT because of the super nifty roush cold air but, in all actuality, a Stage 2 Roush will most likely be slower than a stock GT because of the additional weight of the Roush kit, 18'' wheels and suspension parts. The Roush is a stout car but, out of the box, it's not really all that quick.

That's why I wanted to know the HP - in 1999 did it have the PI heads and PI intake? I thought those came after 1999. That's why I said it felt slower. BTW, this Roush had 17" wheels.

Yes, '99+ all have PI heads and Intake

Stage 2's are pretty much the same when it comes to accelleration as the GT's

Its about the same as a stock GT from all I know (speed wise). But they look alot better

Note: the health of the car may have something to your 'butt dyno'. Depends on the state of tune, remember ever car isn't as well maintained as your own.

Granted, a Stage 2 Roush isn't a slug by any means. Just against a stock gt, the gt *should* be the quicker car. For various reason's. Now in the twisties, it's no comparison.
