What if subframe connectors don't line up?

I had my frt. floorpans redone and the rails that subframe connectors attach to replaced. What if I get the TCP connectors and x cage and they don't line up? Are these easily cut and repositioned or do you weld on steel to shim it? Is this a major problem?

I would say that the first step is determining which is wrong.

Was the repair on your car done correctly and the subframe connectors are bad? Or is it the other way around?

I would find out what the car's dimensions should be, and check them.
