I vote 24 lb. There is no such thing as overkill with a regulator. It will be a safe bet with the 24#ers. Even the 94/95 cobras had 24's and it didn't hurt it a bit.

If you stay where you are, I AGREE...as long as $$ is not an issue..You have to have your meter recal'd

If you are upgrading really soon, I would wait and go higher...and just recal your meter once.!

Hard to say..REMEMBER, you make more power when you run LEAN, it's just obviously not as safe. 24's will still hold you for awhile, so if youre not going to be doing any power adders for awhile, just some more tuning and bolts ons, you could go with the 24's now and get your meter recal'd.

If you go ahead and use the injectors that came with the explorer motor and a pressure regulator, you should be good to like 310-320 HP. I've seen many low 13 and high 12 second cars with 19s on them and more pressure. Besides, the injectors from the explorer motor should be the gen III Bosch style that look skinny - they will fit your setup and have a more efficient spray pattern that stays more constant with higher pressures.

24s and a recal right now would be wasted money better spent elsewhere..

My set-up is comparable to yours...I opted not to swap to 24s til I re-dyno'd as I swapped over to the 93 Cobra....I was curious if the 19s were holding me back any...
My AF was right in the sweet spot...that tells me the 19 are just fine...with 36 lbs of FP and 14 degs...2 pulls were like 1 HP apart...AF was exactly the same...Ran it up to 5800...

I was gonna need to get the re-cal for the 24s on my Pro77..I said screw it...Seems to be just fine....I dyno'd at 262RWHP...298TQ. I still have the stock computer too..
