I just got my 351C back for the machine shop and the motor is in the process of being put back together. I have forged pistons 10.5 compression and i have a comp cams 280H. What would be a good intake for my 351 with the 4v heads?
weiand x-cellator would be a great match, I ran that w/ the same cam but on 2v aussie heads.
That cam might be too small w/ the 4v heads + 10.5 compression though, what kind of gears do you have? The 280H (in our engine) ran out of steam way too early.
Porkchop, I like the Edlebrock Torker. I run one on my car. As mach1one said, that cam might be a bit Tiny. What type of RPM are you planning on? I had a 280H in the past. It ran out at about 6100RPM. I switched to a Solid from Crower, Now I'm shifting at 6700-6800RPM and it is still Pulling a bit.
