Im currently building a 331, and all thats holding me up from bein done is the intake. My combo - Trickflow Twisted wedge heads, 9.3:1 compression. Comp cams35-306-8 turbo -blower cam. Dur is 224/230 with 114 lsp and 533/544 lift on 1.6 roller rocker. Im running longtubes 1 3/4 ... It will only be a street car mainly for show. I also have a vortech s trim but will not be using it till summer. I want a intake, that give me the best performance Naturally aspirated for now and Supercharged later. Is the Trickflow r to big for N/A car? What about Track Heat?

Both would work. The r will love the upper rpms. Depends on how high u want to run. U may look at the efi spyer as well.

the R is definitly not to big for a N/A car, thats what i use and its a great intake. The Edelbrok RPM II sounds like it would be a good fit with your combo also.

The good thing about the R is it is upgradeabe, if the regular R isnt enought you can step up to the Box version(the box does REQUIRE aftermarket fuel rails though).

Are the heads ported at all? what intake gasket are you using with them. The R is designed for a 1262 gasket i believe

Are they 1262 or 1262R gaskets? My super vic eddy jr said 1262, but the R gaskets were much better.
