What is a good heat insulating mat for floorboards?

Hi guys, long time no post. Anyway, I am almost finished with my POR15 job so I was wondering what type of heat insulating mat you guys have to go under the carpet to keep heat down in the interior. My '65 FB has long tube headers on it and the floorboards get HOT from those suckers. Please let me know your suggestions and where to buy the products. Thanks

Looking at doing this myself here soon... I've always heard that Dynamat (sp?) was really good for heat and sound also I think it is thiner than most stuff but I believe they are a little more expensive too

i had 2 rolls of that brown bread stuff ready for my interior and chassis restoration. i since found out about this ..

i have a 5 gallone bucket of the stuff waiting to be applied, probably 2-3 coats on every piece of metal between the interior firewall and the trunk. i will be using the brown bread in the larger areas like door panels, floor sections, etc for extra insulation.
