What is axle wrap?

I'm gonna be purchasing some bilsteins pretty soon, and for the rear there is a rear axle shock called the rear axle wrap shock specifically designed to reduce axle wind up under acceleration. Exactly what is that? Plus, i should be buying the heavy duty bilsteins right?

Pretty sure the HD Bils are for road racing. Prolly not good for the 1/4 mi if thats what your after. Prolly kinda harsh for a daily driver too. I never heard of an axle wrap shock either. Maybe they are talking about the quad shocks.

Thats the first thing I thought of and it makes the most sense.
